Shipping Costs

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after your payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

LIMITED WARRANTY

At Athennyx, we stand behind the quality of our products with a limited warranty valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, at no additional cost.

Warranty Requirements
To activate your warranty, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to register your claim. Please complete the Warranty Form available on our homepage, including your proof of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Factory defects (mechanical or electrical) that affect normal product function under standard usage.

  • If approved, we will replace your product with a new or equivalent unit.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Missing proof of purchase.

  • Use of incorrect voltage.

  • Products repaired, modified, or tampered with by third parties.

  • Physical damage such as broken parts, frayed cords, or burn marks.

  • Products with altered or mismatched serial numbers.

  • Products without original packaging or in poor condition.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If the product needs to be shipped for validation or replacement, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking number and confirm with your carrier.

  2. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us directly through our section.
